Race for life training sessions


We are holding training sessions designed to improve your running ready for the race for life

Each session will last for 45 minutes and take you through different types of running training including the importance of core strength, stretching and flexibility.

Tuesday 16th June @ 12p.m - 12.45p.m
Friday 19th June @ 12p.m - 12.45p.m

The sessions are FREE for Members and £4.30 for non-members, £1 from each payment will go directly to the Race for Life Charity. Places are limited, so telephone (01904) 642162 to book your place.
