March/April news at Jubilee

gym2Facility Improvements

The next three months will see some substantial improvements works taking place at Jubilee, with the second phase of a two phase improvement project being completed by City of Westminster Council in partnership with Cannons Health and Fitness.

The project will see an enlargement and complete refurbishment of the studio, and the creation of an auxiliary school/family changing area. The work is scheduled to start week commencing 31st March and is estimated to take five weeks. The contractors are aiming to minimize any disruption to the centre operations. Due to the studio closure all studio classes will be relocated to the squash court during this period. The usual booking procedures will still apply.

Holiday Activities

During the two weeks of the school Easter holiday period Queens Park Rangers will be holding two four day football camps, with the first starting on the 7th April and the second on the 14th April. Both camps will run Monday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm. The camps are open to boys and girls aged from 7-11 years old. The camps cost £20 for the four days (£5 per day) if booked in advance. £7 per day for walk-ons (depending on spaces). Spaces are limited to 20 so book early to avoid disappointment! The camps will aim to increase skill and fitness levels, and will involve individual skills and team work with a mini tournament. QPR will also be running a camp on the half term starting on the 27th May. If you want more information and would like to book your place please contact Sarah
